Founded in 1984 in Dubai UAE, Future Pipe Industries (FPI) has rapidly grown to become a global leader in anti-corrosive fiberglass pipe system design and manufacturing. With the largest product portfolio of large diameter, high pressure, high-temperature, fiberglass pipe systems, FPI provides bespoke solutions across the following product segments; Water, Oil & Gas and Industrial.
FPI has a focused dominant global footprint with a presence throughout the Middle East, Africa, Europe, North America and Asia. The company employs an extensive global network, with operating factories in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Egypt, KSA, USA, The Netherlands, Spain, India, Morocco and 20 offices in 17 countries including Lebanon, UK, France, Singapore, Pakistan and Indonesia, mobilizing over 3,300 members of staff around the world.
Future Pipe Industries (FPI) developed the Graduate Program formally known as the FPI Engineer’s Personal Development Plan Program to recruit, train, place and retain high potential college graduates from various global universities. Past recruits have come from over a wide range of universities, bringing dynamic talent pool to the company.The People & Culture Team recognizes the value of ensuring recent graduates receive the training and development needed to ensure they are able to meet the current and the future job requirements. This development program aims to provide a road map for personal and professional growth.
The Graduate Program is a full-time program and will consist of 3 rotations, with each lasting 4 months, throughout the numerous divisions of FPI. The rotational schedule focuses on providing a well-rounded experience in such capacities as engineering, operations, manufacturing and more. The program is open to graduates specializing in the following areas:• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Industrial • Supply Chain Management
• Information Technology
• Human Resources
• Business Administration
• Finance
• Sales & Marketing
Rotations are customized according to the likely pre- determined position, employee’s background, skills, and future career goals at FPI. The employees are given everyday assignments, special projects and responsibilities intended to challenge and develop their industry foundation. This sets the stage for their career at FPI while also having an immediate impact on the organization. At the conclusion of approximately twelve months in the program, participants are positioned into a permanent role in the company based on the performance in the program and FPI’s business needs.
FPI is a manufacturing company as such our intension is to weight this program with approximately 80% Engineering and 20% Business graduates.
