  • Bachelor degree (S1) or Master degree (S2) from reputable universities
  • GPA 3.5 (both degrees (S1 & S2) for Masters)
  • Fluent in English and Native in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Possess strong critical thinking & analytical abilities
  • Able to formulate complex quantitative & qualitative analyses
  • Highly motivated & driven towards personal development and a passionate learner
  • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic workplace
  • Minimum 3 months of internship experience
