1. Carry out selection and prioritization of improvement requests submitted by users

Identifying user needs, analyzing business processes and information, identifying root causes and potential improvements, as well as compiling improvement solutions that include new business process and information flows, system functionality that must be built, business case scenarios and data variations as well as required master data.
3. Carrying out thorough testing of the system that has been built
4. Analyze the impact of changes in terms of processes, organization, infrastructure, technology, company policy and develop change management strategies needed to support the implementation of new business processes / systems
5.Execute all change management strategies that have been prepared
6. Develop Job Role Mapping and User Access Management
7. Carry out cost & benefit analysis related to the improvements that will be carried out
8. Monitoring & controlling all ongoing projects
