Description

As a Product Associate at OTCA, you will support the Product Manager in executing product development strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing product performance. You will gain hands-on experience managing digital products in the education industry while working in a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirement

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
2–5 years of experience in a Product Associate, Product Analyst, or similar role (experience in EdTech or digital platforms is a plus).
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Basic knowledge of product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
Good communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with different departments.
Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Interest in the education industry and willingness to learn and grow in a product management career.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end product development process, from market research, requirement gathering, product testing, to release.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Tech, Design, Academic, Marketing, and Sales to ensure product goals are met.
Conduct product research, user testing, and competitor analysis to support product strategy decisions.
Monitor product performance through analytics tools and generate regular reports.
Gather and prioritize product feedback from internal stakeholders and users.
Manage day-to-day product operations, including maintaining product documentation and backlogs.
