Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts. This includes monitoring and improving the performance of our Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, managing day-to-day digital marketing placements, and engaging with our audience on social media platforms. You will be the go-to person for all things digital marketing within our team.
Must Have :
Bachelor degree, or higher and must be fluent in English
2+ years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
Experience in lead generation and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adjust ad strategies accordingly
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience segmentation
Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
Budget & ROI Optimization – Managing ad spend effectively for the best return on investment
Reporting & Data Interpretation – Ability to extract insights from data and present them in an actionable way
Nice to Have :
Experience with SEO and how it complements SEM
Creative Strategy – Ability to guide or create ad creatives that convert
Up-to-date knowledge of industry design standards and trends

Your tasks include but are not limited to:
Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and ad platform insights to optimize spend and maximize conversions
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve CTR and conversion rates. Understand ad budgets setting that is efficient to ensure a high return on ad spend (ROAS)
Perform keyword research and audience targeting to improve SEM performance
Work with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
Track and report on key KPIs, cost per lead (CPL), and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
Understand conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies that can enhance user experience and lead generation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid advertising.

Responsibilities
As a Multimedia Designer at Odoo Indonesia, you will produce high-quality videos, graphics, basic motion, and other visual content that align with our brand. You will be involved in the full creative process from ideation and conceptualization to production and delivery—creating content that enhances our product marketing efforts across various channels. Additionally, you will collaborate with different departments and contribute to other creative projects, such as photo retouching and graphic design, helping to bring Odoo's visual identity to life.
Your main focus will be on video production and editing, but you will also have the chance to work on multimedia design projects to create a broad range of digital content.
Your tasks include but are not limited to:
Video Production & Content Creation:
Manage the entire production cycle for product-focused video content, including setting up the studio, filming with different speakers, and editing the final product.
Work closely with the other marketing team and other departments to plan and coordinate video shoots, ensuring alignment with Odoo's branding and messaging.
Continuously provide creative input and suggestions to improve video quality, storytelling, and overall impact.
Develop a deep understanding of Odoo's products to create engaging videos that highlight the features and benefits of our solutions.
Assist with onsite customer testimonial video filming and support live streaming for webinars and other events.
Edit and deliver videos in various formats suitable for online advertising, event promotion, and employer branding.
Additional Multimedia Design Tasks:
Maintain an organized archive of all video footage for future edits and reuse.
Stay updated on the latest trends in video production and editing to bring fresh ideas and techniques into your work.
Perform in-house photo retouching for presentations, events, and marketing materials.
Workload Breakdown:
Video Production and Videography: 65% of your workload will be dedicated to the production, filming, and editing of videos, ensuring high-quality content for product marketing, customer testimonials, webinars, and other initiatives.
Multimedia Design: The remaining 35% of your workload will involve creating graphics, photo retouching, and assisting with other creative design tasks.
