Fortia Strategic Partner is a leading boutique strategy consulting firm. We collaborate with business leaders to formulate and implement strategic solutions. The combination of Indonesian heritage and global mindset has allowed us to foster trusting long-term relationships with clients from multiple industries.

We are inviting applications from high potential individuals to join Fortia Leadership Development (FLD) division that focuses on providing customized interactive, experiential, and real- world impact development programs for key leaders and senior management.

  • Assisting in curriculum design and program delivery
  • Researching leadership development market and trends
  • Coordinating with external parties and business partners for delivery of workshops and training programs
  • Coordinating logistics for workshops/training programs
  • Coordinating program promotions and participants’ registration

  • Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable universities
  • Min. GPA: 3.5
  • Ability to manage people and work collaboratively  with  stakeholders Strong skills in planning, organizing, and managing programs
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal
  • Strong integrity and commitment to deliver best results for clients
  • Fluent in English and native in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc)
