• Bachelor degree (S1) or Master degree (S2) from reputable universities
• Min. GPA: 3.5 (both degrees: S1 & S2) Fluent in English and native in Bahasa Indonesia
• Possess strong critical thinking & analytical abilities
• Able to formulate complex quantitative & qualitative analyses
• Highly motivated & driven towards personal development and a passionate learner

• Minimum 3 months of internship experience
