FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS (FP&A)

Looking for
S1

Hi Esconian! We are looking for everyone to join us in FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS (FP&A) position.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 6+ years’ experience in a publicly listed corporation with proven leadership.
  • Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis; FPAC Certification is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in FP&A software, Microsoft Dynamic Navision, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel or be stationed overseas.
  • Provide global financial reports and accurate analysis.
  • Execute financial forecasting, budgeting, and periodic reporting.
  • Advise on business and financial planning, including cash resources, investments, and balance sheet structuring.
  • Offer strategic financial recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure risk and compliance management aligns with listed company requirements.
