Maintenance Internship

As a Maintenance Intern at PT Future Pipe Industries, you supporting our maintenance department by developing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with a mobile application. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, working closely with experienced maintenance teams. You will contribute to the enhancement of our maintenance operations, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and innovation in our processes. 

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant educational program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Industrial , Mechanical or other Engineering Background). 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and software applications. 
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities. 
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. 
  • Experience with programming or scripting languages is a plus.

Other Information  

This is 3 months internship extendable to 6 months. 

Database Management: 

  • Design and set up the database to Asset Management, PM Task, maintenance records, equipment details, work orders, and other relevant data. 
  • Ensure data integrity and security throughout the development process. 

System Design and Architecture: 

  • Design the architecture of the CMMS, ensuring it can integrate seamlessly with existing systems. 
  • Import database to Apps & integrate the data  

Testing and Quality Assurance: 

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system functions correctly and meets all requirements. 
  • Oversee the deployment of the CMMS and mobile app to ensure a smooth transition from existing systems.
