SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking experienced hires or fresh graduates who are interested in our new Investor Relations & Capital Markets Department ("IRCM Department") at Deliveree, Indonesia’s leading mobile-app logistics technology company. We consider all majors and all types of working experience are welcome to apply.
To qualify, you must have a strong interest in business or operations in a logistics technology environment. You must be willing to work very hard in a fast-moving, accelerated environment with your career development as your top priority.
Deliveree's new Investor Relations & Capital Markets Department ("IRCM Department") is responsible for planning, managing, and carrying out most aspects of Deliveree's activities in the following areas: investor relations, investor marketing, private fundraising, public capital markets activities such as IPO, secondary equity, and public debt offerings, and corporate governance and reporting.
In the Associate or Senior Associate role, you would be playing an integral and multi-functional role in the IRCM Department that includes market and regulatory research, investor materials and analysis preparation, presentations to private and public investors, preparation of extensive due diligence and corporate governance reports, and extensive planning and analysis to support the IRCM department's goals and objectives.
