Candidates must possess at least a Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent subject
At least 1 year of experience in PCB production process or equivalent Have a wide knowledge in low-power electronic circuits
Have an understanding of the new product development process Familiar with data processing, Excel formula, and data presentation Familiar with schematic software, and CAD software
Have good attention to detail and high accountability
Self-driven to take initiative and thrive in environments with minimal supervision
Have good communication skills in English, both oral and written Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga
Improve and optimize industrial electronic production processes from inception to start up and certification
Provide review and feedback in manufacturing prototypes Conduct production trials for electronic products
Review, write, and edit work instructions based on template Collaborate across departments to improve the electronic production process and the electronic product itself
Design special jig and tools to support production process Creation and validation of Bill of Materials (BOM)
