Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Have 3+ years working experience in leading finance operation; preferably in tech-related industry.
  • Experience in Public Accounting Firm is a big plus.
  • Solid interpersonal skills, detail oriented, strong analytical mind. 
  • English is a must (written and spoken) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ecosystem. 
  • Extensive knowledge of Tax Regulation and Reporting.
  • Practical Experience in Accounting System (Accurate, Journal, SAP, etc.).
  • Willing to WFO / hybrid work in Bandung

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll.
  • Accurate and on time financial reporting.
  • Review & Approval all payment prosess to third parties.
  • Work closely with upper management to develop and implement future financial strategies.
  • Developing and coordinating all relationships with financial institutions.
  • Developing and coordinating all relationships with External Auditor & Tax Office
  • Developing and maintaining all necessary accounting policies and systems.
  • Ensuring that records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking.
  • Review all tax planning and compliance with all required state and other applicable taxes regulation.
