Requirement

Age is maximum 30 years
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Material/Manufaktur/Design) with minimum GPA 3.2
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Mechanical Engineer or R&D Engineer (fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Familiar with electrical international & national electrical standard (IEC, IEEE, ISO, DIN, PUIL, SPLN, SNI)
Knowledge of project management or project development, especially in electrical/electronic products
Knowledge of molding system, preferably for switchgear mechanical parts
Having experience in 20kV electrical distribution
Proficient in verbal and written English (TOEFL 500)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete reports and 3D-CAD Software, such as Auto Cad, Solid Edge, Solid Work, etc.
Achievement focused and able to work in a direct and often pressurized environment
Able to set priorities, plan and organize work required by his/her direct superior
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with intellectual curiosity with an appetite for exploring new and previously uncharted
Strong leadership, influencing, motivational, and good interpersonal skills
Capable of building strong working relationship and motivating teams to deliver outstanding result
