Requirement

Age is maximum 35 years
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power System) with minimum GPA 3.2
At least 2 years of work experience in Engineer, preferably in EPC / Industrial / Oil & Gas Projects
Having proven experienced as key account manager in EPC (Local & International market)
Proficient in verbal and written English (TOEFL IBT 100)
Advanced PC Skills, especially regarding MS Office Suite
Strong negotiation & communication skills
Strategic view, team work and quick execution with a sense of speed
Ability to travel throughout the area in Indonesia
Result-oriented with good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
Self-driven, able to work autonomously and take initiative
Ability to be flexible and responsive in the demanding environment of a start-up organization
