  • To build the winning strategy to achieve business target and get orders for new sales for Gas Turbine Combined Cycle Power Plant in Southeast Asia.
  • To prepare the proposal, get the internal approval and negotiate contract for getting new orders.
  • To maintain and develop close relationship with clients and partners for new business opportunities in Southeast Asia.
  • To gather and analyze market information including voice of customers (VOC) and competitor’s information for reflecting sales and marketing strategies.
  • To lead the project member consisting of design, construction, procurement and estimates for creating competitive proposals and making projects successful.
  • To update job knowledge and business skill by participating in educational opportunities.

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, Economics, Laws, Engineering or equivalent

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

·       Good communication both verbal and in writing, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

·       Japanese and English communication skill

Other requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training, physical or mental abilities required)

·         Physical and mental toughness

·         Outgoing and positive personality

·         Ability to build relationship quickly and effectively

·         Analytical and problem-solving skill

Area of Responsibility

Key Activities/ Key management activities

1.      Business Development

·       Meet clients and partners to enhance the business relations and opportunities in Southeast Asia.

·       Update voice of customers (VOC) and competitor’s information for reflecting sales and marketing strategies.

·       Coordinate activities with project members in MHI HQ, MHI-AP and its group companies.

2.      Marketing and Sales

·       Maintain effective relationship with clients and partners to enable us to stay informed of their needs as early as possible.

·       Identify opportunities early and share the latest status with the project members in MHI HQ, MPW-AP, and its group companies to develop competitive solutions.

·       Prepare the proposal, get the internal approval and negotiate contract for getting new orders for new sales for GTCC Power Plant in Southeast Asia.

3.      Others

·       update job knowledge and business skill by participating in educational opportunities.
