HSE Supervisor

  • Support the PM/CM team with planning, coordinating, and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
  • Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety, and environmental issues.
  • Maintain a visible presence at the site by performing regular site visits, to meet the client’s and company’s expectations.
  • Support the IMRA to ensure compliance with Indonesia HSE Act and Regulation.
  • Perform regular HSE audits or Inspections in the areas of business and project operations.
  • Attend pre-job, planning, and client meetings as required on HSE-related matters.
  • Provide support to the IMR on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives e.g., ISO 14001:2015 and 45001:2018.
  • Comply with all company HSE systems and procedures relevant to the role, by local documented HSE responsibilities and accountabilities. No work-related injuries, Illnesses, or adverse environmental outcomes due to incorrect or inadequate application of system or procedures.
  • Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements.
  • Ensure training and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training and HSE program, i.e., emergency response systems, etc.
  • Investigate and complete the process for closing out all incident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Project Manager for promulgation to the management.
  • Manage Safety Statistics reporting and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the Project Manager.
  • Provide HSE aspects of Company Bid Submissions as requested.
  • Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures.
  • Ensure all employees are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards. E.g., PPE inventory and standard, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, etc.
  • Support site project personnel in the development of work site HSE campaigns and good practices.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HSE tasks/projects as required.
  • Involved in contractor Pre-Qualification process in terms of HSE compliances.
  • Act by industry/Professional ethics always maintaining professionalism.
  • Contribution and effort are aligned to organizational objectives.
  • Work cooperatively, and collaboratively, and willingly accepts a share of the workload and help others when required.
  • Together with IMRA planning HSE-related risk management, legal compliance, and HSE program.
  • Keep abreast of industry standards regulations and updates always ensuring compliance.
  • Together with IMRA measure and monitor HSE implementation,
  • Any other duties assigned or directed by the Project Manager.

  • Possess an active (not expired) K3 Umum Certification (Sertifikasi Ahli K3 Umum).
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in said position.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in environmental / Public Health or any related
  • Experienced in Consultant Construction is preferred
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Active Proficiency in English (Conversational based).
  • Employment by contract base
  • Willing to work Outside Jakarta
