Architect Engineer

Looking for
S1

  • Working under an executive architect, lead the design for specific parts (or whole, where required) on projects, undertaking conceptual to the detailed design of a wide variety of projects
  • Assist in developing design solutions that achieve clients’ objectives.
  • Develop architectural layouts and themes of a building and land parcels, using various architectural techniques and software including AutoCAD, REVIT, Google Sketch-up, etc.
  • Liaising with clients, and other design team members.
  • Ensure the design is coordinated with all other disciplines.
  • Give presentations of design options and solutions to clients/end users.
  • Preparation of reports, drawings, and specifications.
  • Representation of the discipline/design team at internal and external meetings.
  • Manage other architects and designers/drafters and help mentor graduate and less experienced team members.
  • Monitoring and reporting progress against time and financial objectives.
  • Manage and develop the architectural library.
  • Compliance with design and QA procedures.
  • Liaise with construction contractors to ensure that construction works are by the design intent, by reviewing contractor submissions, answering technical queries, and by occasional site visits to inspect construction works for technical compliance and H&S matters.
  • Keep senior staff informed of important and relevant design decisions, inclusive of design changes, to make sure that the objectives of the company and the client are achieved.
  • Delivering excellent project work within agreed deadlines and budget.
  • Ensuring appropriate service/design decisions are met.
  • Ability to carry out surveys, assessments, and due diligence work.
  • Commit to continual professional development (CPD) and keep training records updated.
  • To be a team player and from time to time be able to carry out tasks, which are deemed to be the responsibilities of architects within the team.

  • Bachelor from Reputable University and Majoring Architect (Detail Drawing)
  • Minimum 5-year experience in a high-rise building (apartment or hotel) as a consultant or Developer.
  • Good & strong knowledge of interior design, finishing material, and MEP.
  • Good & strong communication skills both in Indonesia & English (writing & conversation) and capable of communicating with consultant /contractor.
  • Familiar with project reports and project administration.
  • Experience in purchasing material for projects and their administration.
  • Computer literature, MS Office, PowerPoint, CAD program, and BIM Modeler (Revit) and sketch up
  • Able to work at flexible hour
