Job Description

  • Generate order intake needed to reach sales and financial targets of Asia, in particular Indonesia, and becoming the preferred supplier for our customers.
  • Qualiflex promotion, by the means of technical presentation, formal and informal discussions and meetings, technical supports and onsite services.
  • Utilize the customer service resources properly, to assure the best synergy and cooperation needed to secure orders from customers and to provide fast response to customer reaching their satisfactory, in a reliable and accurate way.
  • Develop the relationship with customer and gain the credit of trust by providing quality service and product to our customers, focusing always on increasing the customer profitability and machine run ability.
  • Contract negotiation and order signature finalization, in close cooperation with Regional Sales Manager whenever required.
  • Technical services, including but not limited to the following:
  1. Static Nip Impression Study
  2. Surface profile study and onsite check.
  3. Shutdown Qualiflex inspection / Complete Machine Shoe Press Audit.
  4. Qualiflex installation and start up on site services.
  5. Doctoring and showering recommendation.
  6. Qualiflex simple repair.
  7. Customer complains preliminary information gathering (onsite).
  8. Technical seminar of proper Qualiflex/Shoe Press maintenance and operation (onsite).
  • Manage and control sales expenses, in close collaboration with Regional Sales Manager SEA, to make sure sales expenditure is always focused on achieving most effective Sales Profitability at the end of the year, using common senses, analysis, and judgment on each particular cases.
  • Take main responsibility of correspondence and communication with customers  and act as company interface to customers. Responsible to initiate preliminary contact on complains issues, late payment follow up issues, delivery schedules changes, and other similar critical issues, which should not be done by customer service engineer.
  • Develop internal network and communication with all departments/resources to ensure the above targets can be met.
  • Reporting of Customer defined product requirements to the Regional Sales Manager SEA.
  • Reporting of sales figures, market developments, competition actions, key projects and important strategic orders to the Regional Sales Manager SEA.
  • Weekly Task & Monthly To Do list update to the Regional Sales Manager SEA.
  • To provide customer and market feedbacks by either emails or telephone calls in a spontaneously, pro-active, clear, to the point, in-time, and solution-oriented manners.
  • Collect information for Product Market Analysis for the Sales Area in his responsibility.


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Good command of English both verbally and written.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
