1. Conduct patrol inspections of the production process in accordance with process inspection standards.
2. Fill out inspection reports to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.
3. Perform initial evaluation and handling of products that do not meet the requirements.
4. Be responsible for timely handling of on-site quality issues, including correction and prevention.
5. Regularly inspect and calibrate testing equipment to ensure its integrity and accuracy.
6. Participate in training organized by the company and department, take relevant notes, and achieve good assessment results.
7. Work in accordance with the company’s quality management system requirements, maintain the normal operation of the quality system within the department, and communicate product quality standards to production operators.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
