Job Qualifications (Fresh Graduates):
D4/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Battery Technology.
Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries and BMS systems.
Hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience.
Familiar with safety standards.
Willing to travel for service assignments.
For Experienced Applicants:
Minimum 2–3 years in after-sales or battery/EV service engineering.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical after-sales support for battery systems.
Ensure service quality and manage warranty processes.
Analyze field issues and suggest improvements.
Prepare reports and documentation.
Deliver training and technical guidance.
