Description

Provide comprehensive study and financial analysis for any tenant representation services;
Maintain and provide clients with services during and after the process;
Strategize optimum and workable solution to the process;
Review lease documents and provide best solutions in real estate terms;
Update tenancy database;
Actively update space availability / tenant database;
Actively source for prospects through cold calling, networking events, referrals, etc;
Conduct inspections.

Requirement

Bachelor degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English both oral and written
Competent with Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc)
Discipline and self motivated
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills
High passion and knowledge for property
Good interpersonal skills
