Akseleran is a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending company which provides a platform for lenders and borrowers with the vision of making financial inclusion a reality in Indonesia. Our company has significantly grow since 2017. The core business revolves around retails and institutional to help SMEs grow their businesses and also open up new investment opportunity for investors. We're fully licensed by AFPI and monitored by Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (OJK).


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law
  • Having 2-3 years of proven experience preferably in Banking/Fintech P2P Lending/Financial Services
  • Having strong experience in handling all aspects of loan agreement, security documents, business contracts, and corporate legal documents
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset, proactive and can-do attitude
  • Accurate, detail-oriented, well organized, and able to work with target
  • Draft and review the loan agreement as well as the security documents.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review a wide variety of business contracts and corporate legal documents (both in English and Bahasa Indonesia).
  • Monitoring and managing corporate legal documents and permits
  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, notary, etc.)
