PT Beks Gerobak Indonesia (Beks Nasi Bebek Madura) is a company engaged in the food and beverage industry with a mainstay menu of Nasi Duck Madura. Beks has opened several outlets in Jakarta and Bekasi, and is currently in the process of expansion.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual who is strong in business development to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies. To be successful as a business development manager, you should be persuasive and have strong business acumen, excellent in negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills, and have experience or well connected in the hospitality industry.
Job Summary:
Increasing company revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, manage existing partnerships, and evaluate company business goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration
1-3 years of experience in business development, and/or previous experience in sales and marketing in the Food & Beverage industry
Experienced and/or well connected in the horeca (hotel, restaurants and cafe) industry and/or catering industry
Experienced in developing and implementing action plans for increased product awareness and sales
Experienced in conducting research to identify and adjust to developments/trends in a target market
Proficient in all Microsoft applications
Able to multi-task.
Sound negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Complete vaccination of Covid-19 (Vaccine + Booster)
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement business plans for the penetration of new markets
Manage the sales and marketing functions of a business to maximize returns and expand a business brand
Set up meetings with customers to deliver sales pitches and conduct sales of company products and services
Conduct market research to identify developments/changes in industry trends in order to make necessary adjustments
Review current approach to business development and make changes where necessary
Assign sales quota and target to business development team and sales/marketing units
Conduct negotiations to determine contract terms and ensure profitable deals
