Apprentice is a program offered by Collins Aerospace Bandung Operations for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience working in the aerospace industry. In the Apprentice program, participants will interact directly with other employees (local and international), suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders in a supportive work environment. The program duration is 1 year and participants will get pocket money and health insurance for the duration of the program.
Criteria :
Minimum Diploma - Bachelor's degree
Fresh Graduate 2020-2022 (Majoring in Economy / Accounting)
Skills in Computer skills, MS Office
Able to communicate in English
Area of Learning :
Payables management:
1. Purchase to Payment process.
2. Aging management (Pending workflows, GRIR, AP, Advance Payment).
3. Liaise day to day process with all stakeholders (Internal & external customers).
4. Analyze disputed AP transactions.
Banking & Treasury:
1. Liaise with bank on banking daily transactions
2. Providing bank requirements related to vendor payment
